RCCC is slated to host its annual storytelling | fundraising benefit and dinner called Every Day is a Miracle, Saturday, April 16 at The Heathman Lodge at 6:00 pm. Ed and Gloria Park will be honorees and there will be silent auction items too. Every Day is a Miracle is similar to Standing in the Gap, Seattle’s Recovery Café’s fundraiser.
Linda Smith, founder and president of Shared Hope International and a global leader to end sex trafficking will honor our founders. Wendy Grove, Executive Director, Everett Recovery Café will share her story and City of Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnnery-Ogle is also scheduled to speak. Breaking Free Ministries and Lord’s Gym have sponsored the venue, and the café is diligently seeking table sponsors directly helping RCCC staff with their cost in attending the fundraiser.
