Hike for Recovery

Please join us for our Hike for Recovery at Heritage Trail Park! Mostly level foot paths, minor inclines/declines. Approximately 5-6 miles round-trip. Comfortably paced and plenty of opportunities to rest along the lake. No pressure to complete the hike, just enjoy yourselves. Always be in the company of at least one other person and that at least one of you have a cell phone in case of an emergency. Please be aware of your abilities, and do not venture any further down the trail then will allow you to make it back comfortably.
