(4/25) Session 1: How to promote well-being for teens
(5/2) Session 2: Set healthy beliefs & expectations
(5/9) Session 3: How to manage conflict
(5/16) Session 4: How to avoid trouble (family session)
(5/23) Session 5: Strengthening family bonds
This program can increase family bonding, improve family
communication, and help families manage conflict.
