Supportive Housing Services help individuals who are homeless or unstably housed live with maximum independence in community-integrated housing. Activities are intended to ensure successful community living through the utilization of skills, training, cueing, modeling and supervision as identified by the person-centered assessment. Services can be provided flexibly, including in person or on behalf of an individual.
